Sportmetrics is a 6-week training program tailored to correct deficiencies that can lead to injury, in particular ACL and other knee injuries.

We invite you to get outside and move! Whether you go to the park or even take a short walk on your work break, Movement Day is the perfect opportunity to take a moment for your health!

This program includes 4 weeks of learning about various topics regarding the development of children from 0 up to 35 months, similar to a ‘Mommy and Me’ class

This program includes 4 weeks of hands-on learning focused on building practical life skills for children ages 10–12 with special needs in our community. Registration required.

Shine Together is a series of summer pediatric programming sessions focused on improving communication, social interaction, self-regulation, and daily living skills for children with autism.

Heartsaver First Aid & CPR is a comprehensive, video-based, instructor-led course designed for individuals with little or no medical training. All classes are held at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, Ohio. Cost is $80. Register by calling 419-660-2713.
