Health Screenings & Special Lab Programs

Fisher-Titus offers reduced-cost lab screenings throughout the year to help you stay proactive with your health.

These screenings are offered monthly at various locations. Appointments are required and can be scheduled by calling 419-660-2646.

Screenings Include

$45 – Blood Analysis (CBC, metabolic panel, lipid panel, hepatic profile)
$30 – Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) Test
$20 – Hemoglobin A1c
$25 – Thyroid Test (TSH)
$35 – Vitamin D

12-hour fasting required for blood analysis. Water and medications are okay.
