Ethics & Compliance Reporting
At Fisher-Titus, doing the right thing matters. Our commitment to ethical behavior and integrity is at the heart of everything we do. If you have a concern, question, or positive suggestion, we want to hear from you.

Open communication. Zero judgement.
Our Commitment
Fisher-Titus is an organization built on trust, transparency, and accountability. Our Code of Conduct provides guidance for upholding the highest standards of ethics in all that we do.
We’re committed to maintaining an environment where open, honest communication is the norm—not the exception. If you believe a violation of policies or standards has occurred, we encourage you to speak with your leader.
Prefer to report anonymously? That’s okay too.
Our EthicsPoint hotline is a confidential, third-party platform that makes it easy to:
- Report suspected violations
- Request guidance on policies or procedures
- Share suggestions or positive stories
Your voice matters—and you have our full attention.
All reports are submitted securely and confidentially, and if you choose, anonymously.
Overview of EthicsPoint
What is EthicsPoint and why do we use it?
EthicsPoint, provided by NAVEX, is a confidential reporting system that helps maintain a safe, ethical workplace by allowing employees to report concerns or violations. It promotes open communication and supports a positive work environment—not surveillance.
How can I file a report?
You can submit a confidential, anonymous report online from any device or by calling the toll-free EthicsPoint hotline 24/7. Reports can be filed from home, public computers, or other non-work locations to ensure privacy.
Is my report really anonymous and secure?
Yes. EthicsPoint does not track IP addresses or store personal identifiers. If you choose to remain anonymous, just avoid including identifying details in your report text. If you want to be identified, you may include your name.
Note: If you lose your Report Key or password, you’ll need to submit a new report and reference the original.
What should I report—and why?
Report any concerns that may involve a violation of our Code of Conduct, policies, or general unethical behavior. Even if something doesn’t directly affect you or you’re unsure it’s a violation, it’s better to report it. Speaking up protects our company and coworkers.
Who sees the reports—and will management support me?
Yes, management wants and needs your input. EthicsPoint routes reports to trained individuals based on the nature of the issue and location—never to anyone named in the report.
Can I update my report or answer questions later?
Yes. After submitting a report, you’ll receive a Report Key and choose a password. You can return later to add information or respond to company follow-up questions—all while staying anonymous.
