This year’s quilt is called “Val’s Butterfly Garden.” Local women, Kim Clark, Mary Dittmer, Evelyn Ruffing, Pat Scheid, and Joan Ullman donated 288 hand-quilting hours to complete the quilt.
Proceeds from the quilt raffle will benefit the Fisher-Titus Foundation’s Breast Health Fund, which provides mammograms and other breast health diagnostics to individuals in the community that otherwise might not have access to this life-saving screening. Proceeds also support breast health imaging at Mercy Health Willard Hospital. Tickets are $1 each or $5 for 6 tickets. Drawing for the quilt will take place Nov. 17. Winner need not be present to win.
