Lori Wade, is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with Fisher-Titus Occupational Health and Wellness.
Lori first joined the Fisher-Titus family in 1981 as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Obstetrics department. She continued on with her education to become a registered nurse working in medical surgical nursing. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Lori was the education coordinator and a Certified Diabetes Educator.
Lori has experience as a Nurse Practitioner with Northern Ohio Family Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in the care of diabetic patients. In 2012, she returned to Fisher-Titus as a Nurse Practitioner with Fisher-Titus Norwalk Primary Care in Internal Medicine before transitioning to Fisher-Titus Occupational Health.
Lori earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from the Medical College of Ohio. She also attended Sandusky School of Practical Nursing where she completed the Licensed Practical Nurse program and Providence Hospital School of Nursing where she earned her Diploma in Nursing. She has been working in health care since 1981.
