Our Fisher-Titus Pain Management Centers are located in in both Huron and Erie County, in Norwalk as well as Sandusky, Ohio. The Norwalk center is located at 272 Benedict Avenue. Insurance Coverage
In many cases, pain management services are covered by insurance. Check with your insurance carrier prior to your appointment so you’ll know what’s covered. If your plan does not cover pain management services, you will be responsible for the charges.
