Miriam Batke has joined Fisher-Titus as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Batke has been serving as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer since October. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Batke is responsible for human resources for the 1,300 employees at Fisher-Titus Medical Center, Fisher-Titus Medical Care physician practices, The Carriage House, Norwalk Memorial Home, and North Central EMS.
Batke has 25 years of diverse human resources experience and extensive knowledge in the field, most recently as a senior consultant with Findley, a human resources consulting firm. Prior to that she served as Human Resources Director for a non-profit community hospital and spent ten years in corporate and operation human resources leadership with a large global manufacturing company.
A graduate of Bowling Green State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Batke obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2011 and her Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) in 2015.
