Fisher-Titus Updates Visitation Guidelines

Beginning Saturday, June 13 at 10 am, Fisher-Titus will be revising their visitation guidelines to include one support person per patient per day at the medical center.

Additional updates include:

  • Inpatient Visitation:
    • Use the Pavilion Entrance
    • Visiting hours: 10 am-6pm
    • Support person will be issued a visitor badge, room specific for the person they are visiting
  • Surgical Services:
    • Use the Emergency Department Entrance the day of surgery
  • Endoscopy:
    • Use the Pavilion Entrance
    • Support person can wait in the room or lobby with appropriate distance
  • Outpatient Services:
    • One (1) support person
    • Enter through Rotunda, Heart & Vascular, or Emergency Department Entrances as appropriate for the service they are coming for

In addition, those visiting a Fisher-Titus physician office will be allowed one support person to accompany them.

All support persons are asked to wear a mask and will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms at the door, including a temperature screen. No visitors under the age of 18 will be permitted.

These updated guidelines do not affect the current visitor restrictions at Carriage House, Transitional Care Unit, and Norwalk Memorial Home.
