Fisher-Titus to Limit Patient Entrance to Emergency Room Only

Beginning Monday, April 6 at 6 am, Fisher-Titus will be limiting the patient entrance to the Emergency Room only. They are asking that all patients use this entrance.

In addition, they are asking that those picking up a discharged patient use the following doors:

  • Inpatient or Transitional Care – Discharge will be through the Patient Pavilion
  • Outpatient – Discharge will be through the Emergency Room or Patient Pavilion based on the location of outpatient
  • Norwalk Memorial Home – Discharge will be through the main front entrance of Norwalk Memorial Home

Community members dropping off donations should do so at the Pavilion entrance.

As planning for a potential surge is underway, Fisher-Titus would like to remind the public to not be alarmed if they begin to see multiple tents around the campus. This is all to have a position of preparedness to best meet the healthcare needs of our community as we continue to fight this COVID-19 pandemic.
