Morgan Yourkvitch, Revenue Cycle Analyst has received advanced certification by completing the Excel Expert course through the Ohio TechCred grant program.
“The additional tools I acquired while taking this course allows me to better organize data to analyze the reports I am reviewing,” Yourkvitch explained. “I am grateful to be offered this opportunity to earn this certification.”
TechCred Ohio is a program to help Ohioans learn new skills and help employers build a stronger workforce with the skills needed in a technology-infused economy. Many of the trainings can be completed online. The technology-focused credentials take a year or less to earn and prepare employees for technology-based jobs.
To date, Fisher-Titus has been awarded over $12,000 in grant funding through TechCred Ohio. This has allowed us to support employees across many departments, including Information Services, Imaging, Human Resources, Revenue Cycle, and more in learning new skills and earning new credentials.
“This grant provides funds to upskill our employees,” said Jessica Khaledi, vice president, Business Development. “Some employees are taking courses to increase their expertise with Excel. Imaging was able to gain advanced certifications with some mammography technology. These grants assist us in supporting our staff and their career goals as well as our goal of making Fisher-Titus the best place to work.”
