Fisher-Titus Adds Women's Health Doctor

Dr. Kathy Elizeus has joined Fisher-Titus Women’s Health, according to Dr. Brent Burkey, President and CEO of Fisher-Titus.

“We are pleased to welcome Dr. Elizeus to Fisher-Titus Women’s Health,” said Dr. Burkey. “The addition of Dr. Elizeus will allow us to serve more women in our community and help us continue to provide exceptional care for our patients close to home.”

Dr. Elizeus is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She specializes in obstetrics and gynecology and will be seeing patients at Fisher-Titus Women’s Health in Milan and Norwalk.

Dr. Elizeus earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, and completed her Residency in Obstetrics/Gynecology at Allegheny General Hospital. Prior to obtaining her MD, she graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as a Surgical ICU Nurse before returning to medical school.

“I decided to go into Women’s Health not only because I enjoy delivering babies and doing surgery, but I also believe there is a need for educating the public on the importance of health issues specific to women,” said Dr. Elizeus.

Most recently, Dr. Elizeus served patients at Penn Highlands Healthcare in Dubois, Penn. She previously worked for Health Services for Women, PC, Allegheny Medical Practice Network and ran a solo private practice.

Dr. Elizeus joins the Fisher-Titus Women’s Health team that includes Dr. Kristin Kruse and Nurse Practitioners, Stephanie Hoffman, WHNP and Heather Robinson, NP-C. Fisher-Titus Women’s Health has locations at 38 Executive Dr., Norwalk and 2108 State Route 113 East, Milan. Dr. Elizeus is now accepting new patients. For appointments, call (419) 449-2600 in Milan and (419) 660-2980 in Norwalk.
