Fisher-Titus Medical Center

Donations & Sponsorship Requests

Philosophy and General Guidelines

As a not-for-profit community hospital, Fisher-Titus Medical Center supports community projects that relate to or supports the mission, vision, strategic plans, and community benefit objectives of the Medical Center and which will enhance the health and quality of life of persons within the Fisher-Titus Medical Center Service Area.

Requests for sponsorships, donations or assistance that are not part of the operational Marketing or Public Relations plans must be submitted in writing using the Community Sponsorship / Donation Request Form.

Preference is given to projects related to:

  • Health needs identified through the Huron Co. Health Assessment
  • Health and Social Services
  • Education
  • Civic / Community Events
  • Economic / Community Development
  • Arts and Cultural Efforts

  • Persons who are seeking financial support for their individual participation in a fundraising effort or event.
  • Patients or other individuals requesting funds for their private use – regardless of the intent of need.
  • Individuals seeking to defray the costs of a patient’s health care by conducting fundraising events or other activities. Due to the volume of such requests, varying types, and inability to manage all such requests, we do not participate in promoting, funding, or coordinating such activities.
  • Political causes or candidates
  • Private athletic teams and athletic fundraising events not associated with area schools, municipalities or civic organizations.
  • Programs outside the Fisher-Titus Medical Center Service Area.

Requests must be sent to the Marketing / Public Relations Department using the form(s) listed below:

Sponsorship Requests should be submitted at least two months in advance. All requests will be answered within two to four weeks of receipt of the Request Form.

Requests are not limited to funds, but may include Fisher-Titus Medical Center in-kind services or merchandise.
