Market-Competitive Compensation

Combined Time Off (CTO)
Combined Time Off (CTO) is designed to provide and encourage a healthy work/life balance for the employees of Fisher-Titus. CTO is available to full and part time employees, which includes time for vacation, day to day illness, holidays and allows for greater flexibility to take paid time off for day-to-day illness, childcare, and personal reasons. 

Jury Duty
Fisher-Titus encourages employees to fulfill their civic responsibilities by serving jury duty when required.

Fisher-Titus grants paid time off in the event of a death in the employee’s family to help employees cope with their loss.

Paid Maternity Facility Fee
Employees and their dependent spouse who are enrolled in the Fisher-Titus medical plan and choose to deliver their baby at Fisher-Titus Medical Center, will have the facility portion of the delivery covered at 100%.  This represents a considerable savings for our staff who entrust their maternity care to our outstanding maternity team here at Fisher-Titus.

Paid Parental Leave
Employees will be eligible to receive the equivalent of one regularly scheduled week of paid parental leave that can be used during the 12 months immediately following the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of a child. Paid Parental Leave is available to full and part-time staff who have been employed for at least 6 months.

The Clinical Ladder at Fisher-Titus is a voluntary program available to provide development opportunities for each eligible participant. It is structured system to provide our staff nurses and clinicians with broad development opportunities, career advancement while remaining in the clinical setting, providing direct patient care. It is also used to recognize professional development and differentiate levels of nursing and clinical expertise and contribution.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
This benefit is available for anyone with concerns no matter how big or small. It's designed to help employees resolve personal problems. It provides problem assessment, referrals, short-term counseling and is a confidential program. Employees can contact the EAP on their own or HR is glad to assist. All information will not affect an employee's work record, work files, or performance appraisals.

Employee Children's Scholarship Program
This scholarship provides recipients $1,000 in financial support for selected Fisher-Titus employees' children pursuing higher education.
