Fisher-Titus to Host Mass Vaccination Clinic April 17

Fisher-Titus will hold a mass COVID-19 vaccination clinic on April 17 from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. at Norwalk High School for anyone age 16 or older. Appointments are required for this clinic, walk-ins will not be accepted.

New for this clinic, individuals ages 18 and older are being asked to self-schedule their appointment, making the sign-up process more convenient and efficient for attendees. Appointments can be scheduled online at fishertitus.org/coronavirus.

If the patient is age 16 or age 17, please call 419-660-2646 for assistance with scheduling an appointment. Those under 18 need a parent or guardian with them at the appointment to sign consent forms.

You will be asked to schedule your second dose when making your first dose appointment. Second dose appointments for attendees of this clinic will take place on May 8 at Norwalk High School.

Family Health Services will be assisting Fisher-Titus at this event.

“We are extremely grateful to Family Health Services for assisting us with resources and staffing for this mass clinic,” said Suzanne Farmer, Chief Administrative Officer at Fisher-Titus. “A clinic this size takes a lot of manpower and we appreciate Family Health Services helping us.”
